The classic Samba was created in 1950, shortly after the brand was founded, as a winter football shoe, and is one of the oldest models, named after "samba," the music of Brazil, the host country of the World Cup held in the same year.

Inspired by the traditional British oiled jacket, this ambitious design combines textiles of different textures and is customized with the lettering "SAMBALWAYTH" on the upper and an insole featuring a "clear sky" graphic.
